7th Circle Fitness In 100 Words
   
    7th Circle Fitness is a functional workout regiment in a small group setting. Routine is Our ENEMY!  Sessions vary with no single workout duplicated within a 75 day span.  Workouts are short and intense with a focus on increasing metabolism.  Workouts can be modified to ANY fitness level. 
    We combine Olympic Lifts (Squats, Cleans, Presses, etc.), Cardiovascular & Plyometric Training (Rowing, Running, Jump Ropes, Box Jumps), Gymnastics (Pull Ups, Burpees, Rings, etc.), and a reasonable nutrition plan to achieve                                                            your optimum fitness level.
    Please consult with motivation, dedication and toughness prior to entering.
